But when it comes to service at Carnival Shopping Mall @ Butterworth, Peanng.... hmm.. think twice..

That day I was going to the Sunway Carnival Mall at Butterworth and have order a personal pizza there... the pizza was amazing like always.
But when comes to the service, it was terrorize me.

First, this restaurant have the "Rock and Roll" song, it play by one of the nation (M) radio station. I wonder this is their working place or this is their home? They can play what ever they wan? My advised, play something smooth and sentimental that will increase the appetite of the customer. Whatever, plain music will do!

Second, the crew that working there was so rude. I know that the Pepsi can be refill. So when I finished my Pepsi, I saw a lady walking by and wan to ask for her assistance to refill my glass. But I was treated like I was transparent, she was walking pass by my table and did not stop by to ask me what I need. I tough she did not saw me. So I decide to call for another staff there to help me out. But shockingly, I heard she calling another guy to refill my glass. After that guy come over refill my glass, I ask what's her name. And he answer me:" Rose."

I wonder is this is the training that Pizza Hut staff served customer? How did she know I was asking for refill just raising my hand and I did not say anything? Who is she to ORDER the staff to refill for me? What piss me off is that she actually not doing anything important!

I really hope Pizza Hut can delivery good quality of service for dine in customer as well. This one really need to be improve.

Lastly, the cleanliness there need a little bit of touch up. There are tissue all around the floor.

Myself recomended that for those who love beef, please bring along your wine (opener needed, remember!) and wine glass.. haha... some people might ask: Huh? what the... this is just a coffee shop... is it appropriate for me to bring in the wine? Then you can order some drink (a simple lime juce) and then open the wine in the later session. For those who love Beer, you also find joy that dine the BBQ set with Beer.

Who cares? Dinner should be happy and fun! Enjoy your dinner and don't care how people looks at you! Hahaha...

Pro and Con:
You will get a nice view and sea bliss when there is wind, provided you sie beside the seaside. The BBQ set won't make you feel thirsty or salty, this is the main purpose I recommend the food.

The coffee shop service is not up to the par, sometimes the waiter might sees you "transperent"... or until you finished your food then they come and ask you: Sir, do you wan order drinks?... @#$^$*&*(&..... Due to the coffee shop man power problem, the plates sometimes left all over the table- messy! And you have to wait for them come to clean it. But if you going to the place a bit earlier, you dont have these problem. It is worth for the wait, if there is nice food, do you thinks so? :p When there is raining, you have to move in for shelter.

Order time to serve time is fair, not so long, Food presentation: Good and Nice.
Price: Fair, not expensive. ( If you take this at the restorant, it might cost you around RM49.90)
Overall Rating 8/10.
Min order/ day: 70plates.
Max order /day: 120 plates.
Holiday?.... 200plates...
